Ways to Partner

We are a part of something bigger.

The work that we do at Bell Shoals Academy can only go so far without the support of our community. We believe that collaboration with our families and community partners will help foster future leaders who are grounded in Christian principles and who are committed to making a positive impact in the world around them.

This collaborative effort reinforces a strong sense of community and shared responsibility, providing our children with the support and encouragement they need to thrive. Through partnership and dedicated investment, we can continue to build a Christ-centered foundation for our children and our community.

Panther Run

The Panther Run is a tradition every Spring at Bell Shoals Academy that brings our school community together in a fun and active way. Our ELC and Academy students help raise money for individual prizes and classroom prizes and all proceeds go toward investing in our school.

Through the generosity of our families and our Community Sponsors, we have been able to make bold moves that improve our campus and keep us moving forward and making an impact in our community.

What to expect at the Panther Run.

All students will get to participate in fun activities throughout the day. We encourage families to come and be a part of the celebration! Each class will have a schedule for activities that will be released to parents before the event.

Kindergarten - 8th Grade will go through the race course outside and finish running through an inflatable obstacle course!
ELC classes will go through an indoor race course and finish with an inflatable obstacle course.

Visit our calendar for date information on the next Panther Run.

Why we continue to improve.

Enhanced facilities can provide a safe, comfortable, and modern learning environment. Additionally, well-maintained and updated spaces reflect the values of stewardship and excellence, demonstrating a commitment to providing the best possible education and care. This investment not only attracts and retains dedicated faculty and staff but also instills pride and a sense of community among students and their families.

Volunteer Opportunities

We have many opportunities for families to get involved in the classroom, on field trips, or at events throughout the year.

Parent Groups

PTF

The Parent Teacher Fellowship (PTF) is a dedicated board of parents committed to serving Bell Shoals Academy for a one-year term. The PTF organizes various events throughout the year, including Open House, the Ice Cream Social, Pop in with Pop, Teacher Appreciation Week, and more. The board also provides support for parents, teachers, and students. Joining the PTF is a wonderful opportunity to connect with other parents, serve God, and contribute to our school and our children’s success.

PVF

The Preschool Volunteer Fellowship (PVF) is dedicated to honoring and glorifying the Lord by supporting its members in their roles as parents of preschoolers and through service to Bell Shoals Academy. The PVF seeks to foster Christian fellowship among parents, enhancing the community and enriching the experience of our children at Bell Shoals Academy.

Ed Steering Committee

The Educational Steering Committee exists to support the planning, execution, and evaluation of the ministry at Bell Shoals Academy in collaboration with the Academy administration and Head of School. Additionally, they develop and maintain a comprehensive Policy and Procedures Manual for the effective operation of Bell Shoals Academy.

The committee consists of six members to be elected to three-year terms on a staggered rotation.
