How to Apply

Step 1: Contact Admissions Team

Complete the online inquiry form to start the conversation with our team and answer any questions.  


Step 2: Tour Our Campus
It is optional to tour the campus but we recommend it! 

Step 3: Complete the Online Application

Submit a completed online application and pay the application fee. 

Step 4: Academic Screening

Our team will schedule and administer an entrance exam for your student(s) to determine academic readiness or placement for K – 8th grade.

Step 5: Application Review
Our team will review your application including past records, exam scores, references, and more to make a final determination on application approval.
Step 6: Enrollment Packet

You will receive your enrollment packet and pay the enrollment fee. Once your completed enrollment packet has been submitted to our team, you will receive a confirmation e-mail. Once your enrollment is complete and your enrollment fee is paid, your spot is officially reserved. 

How to Re-enroll

Re-enrollment for the upcoming school year will begin in January.

Step 1: Log in to FACTS

Log in to your FACTS family portal. Click parent log in and use the District Code BEL-FL.


Step 2: Apply and Enroll

Click on "Apply and Enroll" on the left menu.

Step 3: Enrollment/Re-enroll

Click "Enrollment/Re-enroll.
